External GPS via Bluetooth

A: 

If you want to connect an external GPS receiver to your IT-800 via Bluetooth, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to Start -> Settings -> Bluetooth
  2. Go to tab "Mode", and turn on Bluetooth
       
  3. Go to tab "Devices", and add new device
       
  4. Go to tab "COM Ports", and add new outgoing port
  5. Select the device added previously
  6. Select COM6, and disable secure connection if necessary
       
  7. Confirm and exit the settings dialog with OK
  8. Go to Start -> Settings -> System -> External GPS
  9. Go to tab "Hardware", set COM6 as GPS hardware port, and specify appropriate baud rate, e.g. 19200
       
  10. Confirm and exit the settings dialog with OK
  11. Go to Start -> GPS Information, and check incoming GPS data
